Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We do our best to ship our products as quickly as possible, but any number of unforeseen reasons may cause items to arrive after the estimated date.
It is possible that your items may arrive in seperate shipments, but we will never charge you more than what was noted at the time of your checkout.
Unwashed, unworn or defective products may be returned to BCTZCleveland within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via our Contact Form before returning any items so we may look for your shipment and give you proper credit or replace your order.
